Scaling Fast: Everything Covered On Shipped This Month

September has been a build month. Here is what went out the door, in about two weeks.

Momentum is easy to claim and hard to show. So instead of telling you we are scaling fast, we figured we would show you exactly what a two-week sprint looks like when one team covers IT, automation, and websites. Everything below shipped, is live, and is already doing work.

Our AI assistant is live on coveredon.com

The biggest one first: coveredon.com now has its own AI assistant, built on our internal automation stack and wired straight into our service knowledge. Ask it about website design, automation, or IT security and it answers like a member of the team, because functionally it is one.

We also shipped it the way we would ship it for a client: hardened response headers, a locked-down content security policy, an origin allowlist, and rate limiting from day one. Security was not a follow-up task. It was part of the launch.

Dedicated AI chat, ready for every site we run

The assistant on our site is one instance of something bigger: a chat platform where every client site we run can carry its own dedicated AI assistant with its own persona, its own knowledge, and its own isolated session memory. No shared brains between clients, ever.

Our first deployment is already serving a confirmed client: Ms Lady Professional Services now has a site assistant grounded in their published content, answering customers with the business's own voice and facts. The same pattern drops into any site we manage, and more are coming online.

E-commerce, concept to checkout in one sprint

Family reunions need merch, and one of ours got a real store. We designed and launched the Brookins-Walker reunion t-shirt shop as a showcase of what our build pipeline can do: a per-size order builder, a live on-page order summary so buyers always see their running total, and secure Stripe Checkout handling payment. That same pipeline builds client storefronts, and it goes from concept to live checkout in weeks, not months.

Wins on the sites we manage

  • Tony Stucco Services is live. A polished public site for a confirmed client, with first-person team copy, tap-to-call and text-for-a-quote actions front and center, and a final QA pass that verified every page, CTA, and footer detail before launch. It replaces a thin online presence with a site built to turn stucco searches into quote requests.
  • Premium sample sites for local businesses. We published private, photo-real previews for service businesses, built on our premium template system with real harvested imagery. The bar we set: it has to beat what a free website builder gives away.

Lead Console: our internal sales engine

Behind the scenes we built the platform that keeps our pipeline honest: Lead Console. It centralizes every prospect with firmographic detail, Florida corporate registry lookups, website quality scoring with specific red flags, contact-channel readiness, a 54-column CSV export, and outreach generation that produces message variants tuned to each lead's situation. It is the difference between prospecting and guessing.

Automation doing quiet work all day

  • Intake that routes itself. Website forms now feed automated pipelines that sort requests by type, notify the right channel, and log every step. SEO audit requests, email security questions, and contact messages each take their own path with zero manual sorting.
  • A campaign engine with guardrails. Our email marketing stack now runs on idempotent, approval-gated sends: nothing goes out twice, and nothing goes out without a human sign-off.
  • Dashboards, not vibes. Live reporting dashboards on our own data infrastructure, so numbers get looked at instead of reconstructed.

The content engine kept rolling

Scaling fast means scaling safely

Every new surface we launched this month, our own and our clients', went out with the same checklist: security headers, content security policy, rate limiting, and origin allowlists. We treat our own stack exactly the way we would treat yours, because eventually it will be.

What's next
